Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times depend on where you are and your product selection.
Delivery free for orders over R1000 or more. We have same day and collections available by communicating with us by emailing info@itpalacestore.co.za
Packing and shipping goods in stock shipping is 1 to 5 days
Pre-ordered goods will be stipulation on quotes.
Changing your delivery address after placing an order is possible by emailing us the details before the order ships. However, if you are not available to receive your order at your original delivery address, you are able to reschedule your delivery date by contacting the Courier Guy on details provided when goods are shipped.
We currently do not offer collections option unless arranged prior to ordering.
From time to time we may split your delivery due to delays from the supplier.
We will deliver your order by the Estimated Delivery Dates supplied. You are able to track your order by logging into the courier guy system and selecting Track Order then put in your AWB number provided.
If you have a missing or incorrect item in your order, please contact us within 7 days of your order being received.
We do not ship outside of South African borders.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, there might be delays from time to time due to national strikes which is out of our control.
